ISABELA, Negros Occidental — Ten members of Hope Builders Organization Negros Island, Inc. (HBONI) joined military personnel in a meaningful yoga session conducted by Hanna on March 1, 2026, at the headquarters of the 94th Infantry Battalion in Brgy. Libas.

The wellness activity, assisted by Ms. Bang Agustin, gathered Hope Builders and soldiers in a shared space of reflection, relaxation, and renewal. The session primarily focused on breathing techniques aimed at reducing stress, improving focus, and promoting overall well-being.
According to Hanna, the breathing-centered practice was intentionally designed to help participants pause and reconnect with themselves amid their demanding responsibilities.
“After all the working days for the community and for the nation, everyone deserves time for oneself,” she emphasized, highlighting the importance of self-care for individuals committed to service.
Throughout the session, participants were guided through mindful breathing exercises and gentle movements that encouraged calmness and mental clarity. The activity created an atmosphere of unity, reminding both civilian volunteers and military personnel of the value of balance between service and personal wellness.
For HBONI, whose members are actively engaged in community-building initiatives, the yoga session served as a timely opportunity to recharge and strengthen solidarity with their partners in the field.
The initiative reflects the continuing collaboration between HBONI and the 94th Infantry Battalion — not only in community development efforts but also in promoting holistic well-being among those who dedicate their lives to serving others.
